The Most Beautiful Words Ever Spoken About Fasting

God spoke through the prophet Isaiah.  God Himself tells us how to fast.  Fasting to please Him. (Isaiah 58)

We can read God's own words on the benefits of fasting that pleases God: 

 "THEN YOUR LIGHT WILL BREAK FORTH LIKE THE DAWN; AND YOUR HEALING WILL QUICKLY APPEAR; THEN YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL GO BEFORE YOU, AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD WILL BE YOUR REAR GUARD.  THEN YOU WILL CALL, AND THE LORD WILL ANSWER; YOU WILL CRY FOR HELP AND HE WILL SAY, HERE I AM." (Isaiah 58:8,9)   

When I've fasted and prayed for others I have seen miracles of healing take place beyond my wildest expectations.

Also, on a supernatural level Jesus pours His healing power into us and others when we consistently ask Him.  Fasting works on a physical level to restore our health too.  And, when we need direction on what health modalities we need, we can trust God to guide us in answer to prayer and fasting  too.
